Pursuant to City Ordinance Section 32-77 approved by the voters on November 8, 2005, the 市长 and 市议会 each annually appoint one member of the public to serve as an oversight committee for the revenue that the City receives from the tax enacted by City Code Chapter 32, 第七条.  The committee prepares an annual report on the revenue received and recommends the use thereof. 

Committee members must be eligible City voters.  The term of office is one year and Committee members are eligible for reappointment by 议员s.
